Mr. Narayanan is an Aerospace Design Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the Aerospace domain. He was primarily responsible for the design and development of Rotor Systems for Helicopters. His vast experience includes the design, development, maintenance and overhaul of Rotor Systems and other related assemblies. He is also well-versed in failure and defect investigation of various assemblies and components.

Mr. Philipose Oommen has over 36 years of hands-on experience in the Manufacturing and Assembly field of Helicopters. He was responsible for complete machining of components being head of the Machine Shop and later was given additional responsibility of Transmission Assembly, Prototype and MRO. In these roles he played a vital role in ensuring maintaining strict quality control and defect free components and assemblies. He was also team member of various defect investigation teams providing important background information and insights to the failures and defects seen.

Mr. Kiran George has experience in developing machine Learning and deep learning algorithms in predictive modelling. He has extensive experience in the development of data-driven prediction models for anomaly detection, digital twins for maintenance processes. He has worked with mechanical systems equipped with sensors to build the remaining useful life of critical components. Also, he has knowledge in building data-driven solutions for calculating MTBF, MTTR for maintenance activities. He is also well-versed in various software like Python, Embedded C, C++, Keil, Data-driven modelling, OPC-UA, ROS, Simulink, etc.

Mr. Mohan Paul was one of the original team members of the ALH Project of RWRDC. He was responsible initially as a Methods Engineer for the manufacturing of primarily complex Gearbox and Rotor Head components. Later spent over 11 years heading Transmission Assembly for Prototype and Production Helicopters. During this period, he was also on the team for various defect investigations and also an AS9100 Systems and Quality Auditor. On leaving HAL, he worked as a manufacturing Engineer for Collins Aerospace as part of their Global Supply Chain with responsibility for India and South East Asia Suppliers. This role involved developing new suppliers to meet the stringent Aerospace requirements, AS8100 Audits, Special Process support, including Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment, Surface Coatings, etc. and Assembly. At present working as a consultant in the aerospace manufacturing field

Mr. Reddy has over 35 years of hard-core experience in Quality particularly in the Helicopter Industry. He was responsible for Inspection and acceptance of various mechanical and structural components and assemblies. Well-versed with the AS9100 Quality standards and was responsible as lead auditor for AS9100, Quality System audits at HAL, Helicopters and other divisions. Involved in all defect and failure investigations of components and assemblies, providing valuable quality support for inspection and suggestions for improvement

Mr. Sethumadhavan is a hard-core quality specialist having played a vital role in quality control of components and assemblies in the helicopter field. This also included machined, sheet metal and composite components and assemblies. He was the lead auditor for various AS9100 and quality systems in different areas and systems. Mr. Sethumadhavan was a nodal point for all defect and failure investigations of various components and assemblies. His vast knowledge of the aerospace field has helped in providing solutions and improving quality to prevent further failures.

Mr. Venugopal is a senior professional with over 38 years of dedicated experience in design and development of test stand set-up, static and fatigue testing of aircraft structures and components, ground resonance testing and system testing of various aircraft and helicopters. He has worked in HAL A/C division on testing of HF-24 Fighter, Kiran Trainer, Ajeet and Ajeet Trainer, Basant Agricultural Aircraft, HPT-32 and HTT-34 and was involved in the planning of facilities for Light Combat Aircraft.
Mr. Venugopal spear headed the development testing of the ALH ‘Dhruv’ helicopter developing test rigs for testing of transmission systems of Dhruv and Sea King Helicopters including the establishment of a Multi-purpose Test Rig for Helicopter Transmission Systems. He helped in the development of a pneumatic suspension system for vibration testing of helicopters and a spin up test stand for undercarriage drop test. From 2009 to 2020, he worked at QuEST Global Engineering Services, Bangalore as a Consultant in Aeronautical and related domains supporting ODCs of GE, Airbus, RR etc.
